Prince Charmless by Jeanne Willis & Tony Ross‏

My Review

This is such a funny little book with such a great message! I think nearly everybody will know a spoilt child just like Prince Charmless - I know I do!

People say the more you do for some people, the more they will want and nothing will ever be good enough - well that statement sums up little Prince Charmless perfectly. He is such a rude boy who just wants the world and is a bit mean to the people who are just trying to help him.

But when he pushes his servants too far one day, he will see some very shocking results indeed..... He will actually have to do things for himself for a change!

We adored how everything played out in the end and my daughter learnt a very valuable lesson. She is now super nice when asking for help and now tries to do more things for herself beforehand - because she is afraid of being like Prince Charmless - LOL!

The illustrations really stand out from the crowd and are highly attractive and very memorable.

This is a fabulously written and really well thought out book that is full of fun and entertainment to keep children glued throughout.

4/5 Stars!
