Friends is an absolutely beautiful story about the value of having good friendships!
The illustrations are stunning and to be honest we could happily of looked at them all day!
This is a fantastically written book that follows an unlikely friendship between a cat & fish. The cat is sad that his friend is stuck in a tank and can't see the wonders of our beautiful world like he can. So he comes up with a bright idea, that enables him to bring his friend along with him on his adventures.
We learnt a lot by reading Friends - friendships should be valued, how hard it is to find a really good friend and also about doing all you can to help your friends out even if the outcome might hurt you a little.
What we loved the most was when Bubble choose friendship over his own freedom!
This is such an amazing heart felt book that is full of all the nice things in life!
A real treat & also a real winner!

This sounds wonderful. I always crave for better friendships in YA, though maybe I need to look at younger books instead? :) I'm glad you and your little one liked the illustrations in this! Fab review. :)
