Toys in Space by Mini Grey

My Review 

Toys in Space is a fantastically fun and highly entertaining adventurous read! We were easily hooked into this from the first pages and we really couldn't wait to see where the story was going to take the toys! The illustrations in this are a real treat, they are so different and varied that you will be in awe from start to finish. The storyline is brilliant, fun filled, action packed and the writing really is excellent. Toys in Space is a highly addictive book that will keep your little one glued to those pages. We would definitely recommend this!

One day a group of toys are left outside on their own for the very first time. At the start they are amazed by their surroundings then they are beamed right up out of the garden and into space! Turns out a lonely little alien has been stealing children's toys for quite a long time, looking for his lost toy. The toys are horrified that the alien has been taking other peoples things but they end up feeling sorry for the poor little guy. Will the alien ever find his lost toy? Will the toys get back to their garden before they are missed?

Well we thought the ending was charming and it had us both grinning! Now my daughter is running around before she goes to bed picking up the toys she has taken outside, just in case.....
