My Review

We are huge Hello Kitty fans so we absolutely loved all three of these precious little books. It took me quite some time to pry them away from my three year old though. There is an activity book, a sticker book and a cookery book. Special thanks to HarperCollins for the review copies of these fabulous little books.

This is such a fun little book, there are heaps of colouring, puzzles and lots of other fun activities to keep your little one occupies for hours at a time. It is bright, cheery and fun, what more could a Hello Kitty fan possibly ask for, :)

Hello Kitty - My First Cookery Book

Hello Kitty is a great cook and would love to share her easy to follow recipes with you. This cook book is perfect for all budding chefs, full of tasty simple dishes and fun things to do.

Hello Kitty tells you how to make every meal time a treat whether it’s yummy breakfasts like simple chocolate croissants or pancakes, delicious lunches like potato salad or chicken roll ups or scrumptious dinners like meatballs and pizza. And there’s a special treat section too. You won’t be bored while your food cooks as Hello Kitty shares her fun activities to make while you wait – such as how to create a vase from an eggshell or a really fun treasure hunt. And there’s even a gorgeous Hello Kitty stencil to use on your cakes. My first cookbook is filled with simple easy to follow recipes and fun make as you wait activities that every little girl will love.

My Review

We love this little cookery book, the recipes are fun, easy and attractive to little ones. Inside there are:

Breakfast: Muesli, pancakes, chocolate croissants, baked dippy eggs and smoothies.

Lunch: Potato salad, open sandwich soda bread, chicken roll ups, and cheese twists.

Dinner: Sausage meatballs, cheesy chicken mustard, healthy salad, burgers, thin crust pizza & easy tomato pasta sauce.

Treats: Peanut butter cookies, lemonade, Banana apple ice, honey buns, meringues, fruit mess, coconut cake & sponge cake.

So there are so many fantastic things to choose from and there are also some fun activities throughout the book. It's always great to get the little ones involved in the kitchen and I can say we have successfully tried quite a few of the recipes. The book is bold, bright and really interesting for any little one. Perfect for any Hello Kitty fan.

Hello Kitty shows you how to make a glittery tiara and you can help her design some pretty jewellery as well as help her get ready for a party. Don’t forget to give yourself a sparkly star when you’ve completed a page! This dazzling book is every little girl’s dream come true.

My review

This was my daughters favourite book out of the three. It has over one hundred super sparkly stickers inside, the stickers are bold, bright and they are very strong, none of them ripped when my daughter applies and reapplied them to the page, which is a huge plus.

There are fun activities on every page: decorate and cut out your own tiara, dot to dots, spot the differences and many more.

This fantastic little sticker book is a real winner and would definitely not disappoint your mini Hello Kitty fan.

If you are looking for a real girly treat then give these fab little books a try :)

5/5 Stars to all 3 books

Carly :)
